How long do I have to commit?

36 months. We keep it reasonable.

How do I get my deposit back

Send back the equipment when you’re done and we’ll refund your deposit. Simple as that.

Is this compatible with our PMS?

Yes. We work with most systems. We’re the only cloud based phone system that directly integrates with most major PMS brands.

What if I have multiple properties?

Even better. We can connect the properties for easier communication between them.

What about our existing telephones … Like Room Phones

You can keep your existing room phones and public space.  Our system works with both analog and IP telephones.

What happens to my old PBX / phone system?

Toss it. You won’t need it again.

What about my phone numbers?

You keep them. We port everything over.

What happens to my current phone lines?

We take over service. Seamless. No downtime.

How long will our phones be offline?

Just a few minutes. We plan installs to avoid disruption.

What about support?

Setup & Billing:

One-time setup fee: $1200 or $10/room (whichever is greater). This amount is credited back to you over your first 12 months. Two-month security deposit required—fully refundable at contract end. 36-month standard service agreement applies.

Equipment Ownership:

We provide, own, and maintain all connectivity equipment. If anything breaks, we fix it. Simple. Phones are not included, but you have flexible options (see options above).

Installation & Shipping:

- On-site install included
