Terms and Conditions

1. Sponsor
This raffle is sponsored by Think Simplicity, Inc. (“Sponsor” or “Think Simplicity”).

2. Raffle Name

“Replace Your Phone System. Win a Communication Solution.”

3. Eligibility

The raffle is open to legal business entities operating a commercial property located within the continental United States only.

To be eligible:
- Entrants must represent a single, active commercial property
- Property must have an existing, active phone system
- One entry per unique email address and property
- Property must be a free-standing location or all within one building
- Employees, contractors, agents of Think Simplicity, and their immediate family members are not eligible
- Void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter
Participants may enter by completing the official raffle entry form available via:
- A specific URL, or
- A QR code provided on promotional materials (including postcard-style handouts)
- No purchase is required to enter or win.

5. Entry Period
Entries must be received by the deadline 11:59pm EST on 5/31/2026. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.

6. Prize Description
One (1) winner will receive a communication system replacement credit provided by Think Simplicity, subject to the limitations below.

Prize Value & Limits
- Replacement credit is limited to a maximum value of $7,000
- Credit applies toward a Think Simplicity communication solution only
- This prize has no cash value and may not be substituted, transferred, or redeemed for cash

7. Scope of Replacement
The prize includes like-for-like replacement of existing, active extensions only, subject to the following:
Included:
- Replacement of existing analog, digital, or IP extensions
- Up to five (5) existing admin phones
- Think Simplicity-provided hardware
- Telco room equipment
- Installation labor
- Admin handsets (Polycom), limited to replacement of existing digital or IP handsets

Not Included:
- Cable repairs
- New cable wiring
- Structural modifications
- Additional hardware or services outside the defined replacement scope
- Security deposits for services
- Any costs exceeding the $7,000 credit
- Shipping
- Travel costs up to the prize credit limit
- If installation or travel costs exceed the available credit, the winner is responsible for covering the difference.

8. Ownership of Equipment
All system hardware remains the property of Think Simplicity, except for admin handsets (Polycom), which become the property of the winner
Services are provided under Think Simplicity’s Cloud plan, subject to standard service terms

9. Property Limitation
The prize applies to one (1) business entity and one (1) qualifying property only. Multi-property or multi-location installations are not eligible.

10. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
Winner will be notified within 10 days of the deadline via the email address provided during entry.
Failure to respond within a reasonable timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

11. Marketing & Promotion Requirements
As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in Think Simplicity’s marketing efforts, including:
- A three-phase interview process (before, during, and after installation).
- Participation in: A written or video case study
- Testimonials (written and/or video)
- Installation process feedback
- A reasonable referral request.

The winner also grants Think Simplicity the right to use:
- Business name
- Property name
- Likeness

12. Referral Participation
Winner agrees to reasonably participate in a word-of-mouth referral request following successful installation.

13. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with the prize.

14. Limitation of Liability

Think Simplicity is not responsible for:
- Technical issues with entry submission
- Lost, late, or misdirected entries
- Any damages arising from participation or prize acceptance, except where prohibited by law

15. General Conditions
Think Simplicity reserves the right to:
- Modify or cancel the raffle if circumstances beyond its control arise
- Verify eligibility at any time
- Disqualify any entrant who violates these Terms & Conditions

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all decisions of Think Simplicity, which are final.
